The staff have many years experience in the catering industry and have been trained to cieh intermediate level and above. Locations are chosen to comply with current Maltese law and regulations ( permits will be applied where applicable )
Access to the sea for those wishing to swim where possible. On site facilities will incorporate toilets with hand wash and first-aid provision by trained person
nel. All food will be served fresh. Each site will be cleared of all rubbish at end of the event and where possible items will be recycled. Drinks can be bought on site and will include a selection of beer and soft drinks, plus wine by the bottle or glass. And bottled water. Hope to see you soon.
