Afterglow is much more than entertainment.

We create custom event concepts, themed experiences, tailor-made games and interactive activities designed around your audience, your space and the occasion.

For this autumn-themed event, we developed two bespoke games:

🍁 The Colours of Autumn Leaves : Guess the sequence in 6 attempts.
🏠 Ballotra in the Hole! : Deliver the Ballotra safely home.

From the initial idea to the final setup, we can build an experience around a theme; whether that means creating original games, developing activities, coordinating entertainment, shaping the event flow or bringing the whole concept together.

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable and organised Event Logistics Person to join our 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮, helping us pack, transport, deliver, set up and keep our events running smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be involved in everything from preparing equipment and loading vans to setting up venues, coordinating deliveries, managing stock and helping solve those last-minute challenges that come with live events.

We’re looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable getting stuck in.

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Previous logistics or event set-up experience preferred
• Valid EU driving license and ability to drive in Malta
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual work
• Organised, reliable and able to manage schedules, routes and deliveries
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable using basic tools and carrying out minor maintenance
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when events require it
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player

You’ll be part of the team behind our corporate events, parties, activations, entertainment and productions, making sure everything gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
