Petaluma Gardens “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” Galatians 6:9 🌹🌻🌸🌷🌼💐

🌻 Thank you to everyone who came out today to support all the vendors at the Opp Farmers Market! I’m so grateful for the continued love and encouragement from this sweet little community.

We sold out of all our vegetables, moved a lot of honey, and sent plenty of flowers home with happy faces. 💐 Since these flowers were just picked last night, I’m storing the extras in cool storage—so if you need a bouquet in the next few days, just reach out! I’ve still got honey available, and I’ll be picking okra daily.

🌱 Keep an eye on my page for fresh specials and updates!
We’ll be here about 20 more minutes if you want to swing by and say hello.

Much love from Petaluma Gardens! 💛

🎶 This talented young man is set up at the Opp Farmers Market this morning, playing music for tips to help cover his marching band fees! 🎺

If everyone reading this came by and dropped in $1, $5, or $10, it would make a big difference for him. Jacob Helms is a hardworking kid doing something positive, and I know our community is full of generous hearts.

Let’s show up, support him, and help make sure he keeps marching on! ❤️👏

📸 Bonus! Take a picture with Jacob when you donate, post it on Facebook and TAG Petaluma Gardens. One lucky person will win a fresh bouquet of flowers next week!

Good morning, friends!
I’m all set up at the Opp Farmers Market today with a fresh batch of spring honey, new red potatoes, okra, figs, and fresh-cut flowers (cut just last night!). I’ve got my wrapping paper with me, so come build your own bouquet and I’ll wrap it up for you to take home.

Other vendors are here too—with fresh-baked bread, scones, crocheted goods, jams and jellies, lotions and tinctures, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and all kinds of treats. One talented young artist is even offering painted hairbrushes, custom tote bags, and artwork!

It’s a great morning to stroll through, shop local, and support small businesses. You can also have a yummy scone and some fresh squeezed lemonade while here!! We’d love to see your smiling face out here today! 🌸🍯

🎉 We Have a Winner! 🎉

Last Tuesday at the Opp Farmers Market, we held a little giveaway for everyone who made a purchase at Petaluma Gardens and tagged us in a post after taking their blooms home. 🌸💐

I’m excited to announce that the winner of the very first bottle of our brand-new summer honey is… 🐝🍯 Jan Hart!

Jan, I’ll have your honey waiting for you at the Farmers Market tomorrow—or if you can’t make it, I’ll happily deliver it to your doorstep. I appreciate your friendship and all the support you give Petaluma Gardens. 💛

Thank you to everyone who entered—we loved seeing your photos and kind words. We’ll be doing another giveaway soon, so stay tuned!

🌸 Petaluma Gardens at the Opp Farmers Market – Tomorrow Morning! 🌸

We’ll be set up bright and early from 7 a.m. to noon, and I’ve been picking heavy in the field today to bring you some truly beautiful, full bloom bouquets. 🌼💐
Stems will be priced between 50¢ and $1, so you can mix and match what speaks to you.

We’ll also have honey—both our rich spring harvest and the brand-new summer honey, fresh from the hives. 🍯🐝

July is a tough month for farmers. The heat slows everything down, and folks tend to stay in. But the truth is, there’s so much to see and enjoy at the market—from local produce to jams, jellies, soaps, lotions, crafts, and delicious homemade treats.

So if you’ve been meaning to come, this is your sign. ✨
Set your alarm, grab a friend, and come walk the market—we’d love to see you, and your support means the world to us and all the hardworking vendors out there.

🌼✨ Seasons shift… and so do we.
The flower field at Petaluma Gardens will be closing at the end of July as we prep for next year’s blooms. August will be all about pulling weeds, planning rows, and making room for new beginnings — both in the field and beyond it.

Something completely different is in the works. 🌿
It’s small-batch. It’s homegrown.
And it ties right into the heart of this farm in a whole new way.

Let’s just say… I’m having a little too much fun chasing an idea that has me back in the kitchen, experimenting like a woman on a mission. 😄

I’m not quite ready to share what it is — but stay tuned. This new season at Petaluma Gardens is shaping up to be something special. 💛

🌈 A Double Rainbow from My Front Porch 🌈

I stepped out onto the porch and there it was — a double rainbow stretching wide across Petaluma Gardens, like heaven itself had reached down and touched the land.

It didn’t shine over just the flower beds or the rows we’ve planted…
It crowned the whole property — the home, the sweat, the prayers, the dreams.

Maybe it was just weather.
But maybe it was something more.
A reminder that even on hard days, there’s grace. That beauty still shows up — quiet, breathtaking, and right on time.

If you’ve ever wondered whether the work is worth it…
Look up. You just might catch a sign like this one.

Hey y’all! 🌞 We’ve had a great turnout at the Tuesday Farmers Market—thank you to everyone who came by!

I’m planning to pack up and head out at 11:00, but I still have a few bottles of spring honey, a couple quarts of fresh creamed corn, and a handful of flowers left.

If you’re on your way, send me a quick text so I’ll know to wait for you! Otherwise, I’ll be loading up at 11.

💫 If you made a purchase today, don’t forget to take a picture of your haul and tag Petaluma Gardens and use . I’ll be drawing one lucky winner from those posts to receive the first bottle of our summer honey—and y’all, it’s spectacular. So sweet. So good. 🍯
