In order to prevent "dummy" booking and "no call, no show", every booked session must be confirmed no later than 3-days after the booking was made. A minimum of 20% downpayment of the package's price is required to confirm the booking. CANCELLATION
We understand that in certain circu

mstances, a booked session must be canceled. A full refund will be issued if the session was canceled within 7 days after the booking was made. If the cancellation was made after that 7 days grace period, a $25.00 or 20% of the package's total amount, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refund for all canceled services. We encourage clients to reschedule the booked session to avoid any deductions.
