Pride & Resilience Matters
(Pride Month Podcast 🌈)

Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining CITTA's "Pride & Resilience Matters" Podcast for a meaningful conversation about Q***r Pride, resilience, entrepreneurship, and the journey of building a life with authenticity and purpose.

It was truly an honor to share the stage with Ko Nay Thit from the CITTA, whose insights, wisdom, and genuine passion made the conversation both inspiring and memorable.

My sincere thanks to the entire CITTA Team for the warm welcome, thoughtful discussions, and the opportunity to share my personal journey and the story behind MAGIC Events Management.

🥳 Fabric ပိတ်စပေါ်မှာ ကိုယ်ပိုင် artwork ဖန်တီးပြီး mental resilience တည်ဆောက်ပြီး artwork ဖန်တီးခြင်းရဲ့ အရသာ ကို တစိမ့်စိမ့် ခံစားရမယ့် Creative Wellness Workshop ကနေဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။

🌱 မနက် 10 နာရီက နေ ညနေ 3 နာရီအထိ အေးအေး ဆေးဆေး နဲ့ artwork လေး ဖန်တီးလိုက်၊ ကော်ဖီလေးသောက်လိုက်၊ မုန့်လေးစားလိုက်၊ နားလိုက်၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်ကြိုက် ဆေးရောင်လေးတွေစပ်လိုက်၊ ကိုယ့်အတွင်းအဇ္ဈတ္တထဲ အလည်သွားလိုက်၊ နောက်ခံဂီတလေး နဲ့ အနားယူလိုက် နဲ့ တစ်နေ့တာ ကို ညဏ်ကွန့် ဖန်တီးမှုတွေနဲ့ ဖြတ်သန်းသွားမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။🍀

👌ကိုယ်က artwork ဖန်တီးမှုတွေနဲ့ ရင်းနှီးတယ်၊အလေ့အကျင့် ရှိတယ် ဆိုရင်လည်း ကိုယ့်စိတ်တိုင်းကျ ဖန်တီးနိုင်မယ်။

🧐အလေ့အကျင့်မရှိဘူး အတွေ့အကြုံ မရှိဘူးဆိုရင်လည်း Art Therapy Practitioner ဆရာမ မှ သေချာလမ်းညွှန်ပြသ ပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်လို့ စိတ်ပူစရာမလိုပါဘူးနော်။

🥰ဒါ့အပြင် artwork တွေကို မျှဝေခံစားကြပြီး mental health နဲ့ ဘယ်လိုချိတ်ဆက်လုပ် ဆောင် ရတယ် ဆိုတာကိုလည်း ရှင်းပြပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

💕Grounding Exercises များ၊ လွယ်ကူပျော်ရွှင်စရာ Art Activities များနှင့် Creative Fabric Painting တို့မှတဆင့် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ စိတ်ခံစားချက်တွေကို လွတ်လပ်စွာ ဖော်ပြနိုင်ပြီး လက်ရှိအချိန် (Present Moment) ကို ပိုမိုသတိရှိစွာ ခံစားနိုင်မယ့် အတွေ့အကြုံတစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
