1) Order system ( မှာယူရန်)
Our shop is purely online shop and please place an order through messenger. With Import Flowers, please order 4-5days in advance.
ကျွန်မတို့ဆိုင်သည် online shop သီးသန့်ဖြစ်ပါသဖြင့် order များကို messenger မှတဆင့်စုံစမ်းမေးမြန်း မှာယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
ပြည်တွင်းမှ ပန်းအမျိုးအစားလေးတွေနှင့်မှာယူလိုပါက ၁ရက် ကြိုတင
်မှာယူပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြည်ပမှ ပန်းအမျိုးအစားလေးများနှင့်မှာယူလိုပါက ၄-၅ရက်ကြိုတင်မှာယူပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
2) Price Range (စျေးနှုန်း)
It will start from 20,000MMK and will be varied depend on the type and size of flowers. For Minin bouquets, price range starts from 10,000MMK and minimum order to be 2 bouquets and above.
၂၀၀၀၀ ကျပ်မှ စတင်၍ မိမိမှာယူသည့် ပန်းအမျိုးအစား အရွယ်အစားများပေါ်မူတည်၍ စျေးနှုန်း အမျိုးမျိုးရှိပါသည်။
Mini bouquet လေးများကိုတော့ ၁၀၀၀၀ ကျပ်မှ စတင်ပြီး အနဲဆုံး ၂ စည်းမှာယူရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
3) Delivery and delivery fees (အိမ်အရောက်ပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်ခ)
Delivery will be charged according to the location where we have to deliver. Range will be varied between 2000mmk - 5000mmk. For self collection, you can do in South Okkalapa Township.
ပန်းစည်းလေးများကို အိမ်အရောက်ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပြီး ပို့ဆောင်ခအနေနဲ့ ၂၀၀၀ကျပ် မှ ၅၀၀၀ ကျပ်ကြား မိမိပို့ဆောင်လိုသည့် နေရာပေါ်မူတည်၍ကျသင့်ပါမည်။
ဆိုင်တွင်လာရောက်ယူလိုပါက တောင်ဥက္ကလာမြို့နယ်တွင် ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
4) Payment system (ငွေပေးချေခြင်း)
- if the item’s value is less than 20,000 MMK, it can be cash on delivery. If the item’s value is above 20,000 MMK, request to make half/ full prepaid. Once the Order is confirmed by customer, cancellation will not be accepted.
- ပန်းစည်းတန်ဖို့ ၂၀၀၀၀ ကျပ်အောက်ဖြစ်ပါက ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်မှ ငွေပေးချေနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပန်းစည်းတန်ဖိုးသည် ၂၀၀၀၀ကျပ် အထက်ဖြစ်ပါက တဝက်/အပြည့် ကြိုတင်ငွေပေးချေရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ order များကို confirm လုပ်ပြီးပါက ပြန်လည် cancel လို့မရပါ။
- Due to current hard cash challenge, additional 3% will be added if the payment is made via banking for the items value more than 30,000 MMK. If the order value is less than 30,000 MMK, no additional charges will be applied. Payment can be made either cash or if with banking, it can be made via Cb Pay and KBZ Pay.
- ယခုကာလ ငွေသားထုတ်ယူရန်အခက်အခဲကြောင့် Banking ဖြင့်ငွေပေးချေပါက ၃၀၀၀၀ နှင့်အထက်ဆို ၃% ထပ်ပေါင်းယူပြီး ၃၀၀၀၀ အောက်ဆို ရာခိုင်နှုန်းထပ်ပေါင်းမယူပါ။
ငွေပေးချေခြင်းကို ငွေသား (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘဏ်မှတဆင့်ပေးချေလိုပါက CB pay၊ KBZ payတို့မှတဆင့် ပေးချေနိုင်ပါသည်။
5) Cancellation
Cancellation will not be accepted once order is placed and confirmed. No Refund for cancellation will be granted. Confirm လုပ်ပြီးသား အော်ဒါများကို cancel လုပ်၍မရပါ၊ ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းမျိုးလဲ မပြုလုပ်ပေးပါ။
