فهاد الورشة، غادي تكتاشفو الرقص المعاصر من خلال METHODIKA، واحد الطريقة فالتعليم كتخلي الجسد يعبّر بحرية وكتفتح مساحة للبحث، الإحساس والتواصل مع الذات ومع الآخرين.​

METHODIKA كتعتمد على 4 ركائز أساسية:​

✨ Language Gaga باش نفيقو الإحساس ونخليو الحركة تجي من الداخل​

✨ Travail somatique باش نربطو الجسم بالعقل بطريقة أعمق​

✨ Improvisation de contact باش نكتاشفو الوزن والعلاقة مع الآخر​

✨ Accessibilité باش تكون التجربة مفتوحة للراقصين وحتى للمبتدئين​
