"Filipe Coutinho’s journey into electronic music began early, rooted in a childhood passion for the genre. However, it was in 2013, alongside the pioneers of Psytrance in Luxembourg, that he took his first steps as a DJ. In 2014, he introduced himself to the world as Zorbadelic, a project that for four years set Luxembourgish dancefloors ablaze with the euphoric melodies of Fullon Morning & Night Fullon.
In 2019, the artist evolved to become Synckorax—a conceptual name of his own creation. A mystical and cosmic title, it symbolizes "synchronization with the star Sykorax." This shift marked a clear sonic maturity: the beats became deeper, and the melodies took on the serious, mechanical aesthetic of Fullon & Twilight. The result is a professional and technical dancefloor experience that never loses the ability to generate the euphoria that has become his trademark.
With a consolidated presence in the Luxembourg scene, Synckorax has performed for renowned organizations such as MusicTherapy, Psytrance.LU, Sunfire Gathering, Lysergic Visions, and Wild Side. His rise has taken him across borders, with notable performances in Belgium (The Magical Garage), the Netherlands (TripleM and Psychedelische Dienst), and Portugal, where he shone at the prestigious Insomnia Festival.
It was precisely on the Mystic Garden stage at Insomnia that Filipe revealed another facet of his artistic identity. Through Chillout, he explores DownTempo and Organic House textures, guiding the audience through deep and relaxing sonic journeys.
Whether through the mechanical precision of Twilight or the organic calm of Chillout, Synckorax is synonymous with technique, history, and a deep connection to the dancefloor."
