Flight Review: Luxair

Route: Luxembourg (LUX) - Hamburg (HAM)

My recent flight with .luxembourg from Luxembourg to Hamburg was a remarkable experience despite a slight delay in arrival.

Service Onboard: 10/10

The onboard service was exceptional, as evidenced by the presentation and quality of the in-flight meal and beverages. I ordered a fruit plate, which was provided complimentary in Business Class. The selection of fruits was both fresh and diverse, including watermelon, grapes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and cantaloupe. This beautifully arranged plate also came with a side of mixed nuts and dried fruits, adding a delightful variety to the meal.

In addition to the impressive fruit plate, .luxembourg’s beverage service stood out. They offered a premium selection, including Hendrick’s gin paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water. The high-quality gin, served with a lemon wedge and ice, provided a sophisticated touch that elevated the overall flying experience.

Luxair vs. Lufthansa

In comparison to , .luxembourg has proven to be superior in several aspects. The attention to detail in service and the quality of food and beverages provided make Luxair stand out significantly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and premium service places them well ahead of Lufthansa.
