At LUXEXPO THE BOX, we had the pleasure of bringing European Investment Fund (EIF)'s vision to life with an immersive setup that transformed both the networking and conference spaces. Key highlights include:

✨ A 54-meter-long LED screen in the conference hall, complete with integrated access doors to streamline speaker flow on stage—setting the scene for diverse presentation formats.

✨ In the networking area, a signature LED totem served as both a focal point and a thematic guide for break sessions.

✨ Shine a Light Brings the Spark to Germany! ✨

On June 8th and 9th, we had the pleasure of organizing an elegant event in Aachen, Germany, for a prestigious law firm from Luxembourg. Our guests enjoyed a comfortable stay filled with enriching conferences and cultural activities. We selected top-tier service providers to ensure excellence throughout the weekend. The highlight of the event was a sophisticated gala dinner, complete with a DJ to set the perfect mood.

✨ 30 Years Bold: Spotlight on an Immersive SME Exhibition ✨

As part of the « 30 Years Bold » celebration for the European Investment Fund (EIF) in , our Shine a Light team designed an innovative and immersive exhibition showcasing 40 SMEs funded by EIF.

In collaboration with ,who played a pivotal role in the artistic direction and scenography, we used circles to create interconnected, immersive spaces. « Each intersection allowed for new thematic areas, creating a winding and exploratory path with colorful and illuminated openings, promising a fully immersive experience. »

Our design featured a vibrant palette that matched the client’s branding, with light transitions by adding a playful dimension. Each exhibit was bathed in contrasting light, drawing visitors into an engaging visual dialogue. The entire exhibition was thoughtfully crafted using reusable materials.

Visitors discovered innovative products, from robots and VR headsets to culinary delights. Video projections and ambient soundscapes deepened the immersion, guiding them through the themes of , , , and .
