Hi there, Welcome to Twixt Designs. All items are hand made by me in Sri Lanka from part I have imported from all over the world. Some of the countries are: USA, Canada, UK, South Korea, Singapore and Bangkok. All my items are limited editions or one of the kind. Most metal used is either rhodium plated brass or 16k gold plated brass. They are lead and nickle free. Pictures are enlarged to show details and may not show the actual size on your screen. Please refer to the measurements for the actual size or contact me. Most of my creations tend to be on minimalist and on the dainty side. All jewelry comes ready for gift giving. Jewelry is packed in gift boxes. If going directly to the recipient, I am happy to include a message from you with the gift. Please leave me a note with the message on order. All jewelry is made to order and current lead times are 2 business days. ( not counting weekends) Please contact me through FB message or you can sms me (0777489247) only. Comments tend to get lost. All international packages are sent through door to door courier. Jewelry is packaged in gift boxes ready for gift giving. Orders will be sent out once the payment has credited. For payments made with eCheque, packages will be sent once payments are processed. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days. For custom orders/custom quantities and Bridesmaid sets, I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges as stock will be ordered for you specifically. Jewelry Care: All jewelry will come with a ziplock bag. Please retain the jewelry in these bags as they will help prevent tarnishing. Please avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry or getting it wet. It is also a good idea to wipe them a little after use and before putting them back in the bags if possible. It will all help to prevent the tarnishing.
