✨ 20 years ago, Janice (that’s what we call our fearless founder 😉) took a leap of faith; she swapped banking for “I do’s” and never looked back.

💍Since then, she’s been a trailblazer: pulling off Sri Lanka’s very first large scale Indian destination wedding in 2010, First ever Sri Lankan Planner to do an Indian wedding wedding for Indians in India in 2023, launching the country’s first destination wedding planning company.

Works closely with the Sri Lankan Tourism Board & Seychelles Tourist Boards in an advisory capacity. 🌴 All while raising 3 kids, keeping 1 very patient husband smiling, and (we suspect) planning weddings in her sleep. 💤✨

Kairos is what it is today because of her vision, her passion, her obsession with details big + small, and her heart that beats for giving every couple the most magical, unforgettable celebration. 💖
