As Trainee - Events & Projects you will be trained work on event marketing & coordination. These events are all in growth and you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of the own company events, whilst working closely with your wider team.

The role will require 50% new business versus 50% event management.

Requirements

Sound knowledge of events & exhibition
A high level of confidence and articulation
A mature and hard working attitude
Ambitious and outgoing personality
Strong organizational skills

You will perform tasks under the supervision of the event planner in order to provide support. The latter is in charge of organizing various events: conferences, workshops, shows, weddings, exhibitions… Thus, an intern needs to be versatile. Missions are also diversified. Indeed, the intern follows the whole process along with his supervisor: from designing the event over the promotional activities until the day the Event takes place.
