Junior Florist Vacancy

As our Junior Florist , you will be responsible for facilitating operations by cleaning and securing shop facilities, assisting with inventory control and providing support to floral designers in preparing artistic designs, maintaining design tools, replenishing supplies, preparing the flowers for use and other duties associated with the position.

Key responsibilities
Occasionally assist walk-in customers.
Verify utility and disposal of foliage and cut flowers.
Assist with inventory management.
Increase team productivity by assisting designers in creating floral and non floral arrangements for any occasion or event.
Preparing supplies for floral design.
Participate in the coordination of operational requirements.
Assist in ensuring store front is presentable at all times and end of day.
Ensuring safe closure of store when needed by: turning off AC units & closing of cooler doors, backdoors etc.
Organize chiller in consideration with daily deliveries to facilitate accurate and on time delivery.
Assist with occasional deliveries as needed.
Other duties as assigned but not limited to job description.
Compensation packages commensurate with experience.

Customer Service Representative Vacancy

The customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting our customers with their questions, requests, product purchases, and problems. The Customer Service Representative will take incoming calls include but are not limited to billing calls and confirming floral orders.

Key Responsibilities :
assist walk-in customers

Product Orders
Directory Orders and Changes

Knowledge/Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to make decision with little direction
Strong attention to detail
Assist with inventory control.
Customer Service Experience is a plus.
Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction
Knowledgeable in basic computer skills

Flower Delivery Driver Vacancy

The Customer Service Delivery Driver will be responsible for the accurate co-ordination of sales and deliveries to customers in an effective and efficient manner. The Customer Service Delivery Driver will be accountable to the operations department and should be methodical in planning and executing delivery routes as well as updating all deliveries in real time updating.
