✨Planning a wedding? ! Here’s what we recommend for a stress-free planning journey:

🌸 Be Honest About Your Budget
We want to help you make the most of your budget. Please be upfront—this helps us guide you realistically and use everyone’s time wisely.

🌸 Match Your Expectations to Your Budget
Bringing in Pinterest boards or royal wedding photos is lovely—but please be aware of your actual spending limit so we can align dreams with reality.

🌸 Come Prepared
Before booking a consultation, discuss with your partner:

Guest count
Venue location
Style/theme ideas
Services you’re seeking
🌸 Once You Confirm, It’s Confirmed
Changing your mind after approving a quotation might impact our budgeting and coordination process. Confirm only when you're 100% sure.
🌸 Deposits Are Non-Refundable
No exceptions. Confirmed items and services are final. Canceling later may incur penalties.
🌸 No Extra Services Outside the Quotation
Everything included is clearly listed in the quotation. Any extra requests must be discussed and priced in advance.

🌸 Planning & floral Decoration Are Not the Same
💡 We are both planners and decoration suppliers.
Booking us for only florals or decoration does NOT include planning or coordination unless clearly stated and paid for. Planning involves separate workflows, follow-up, checklists, and staffing.

🌸 Understand Your Quotation
When you confirm, it means you fully understand and accept every detail. If you're unsure, ask! We’re happy to clarify.
🌸 Don’t Confuse Our Role
If you book only décor/florals, we won’t act as your planners. Coordination is a separate, charged service and must be requested in advance.
🌸 Coordination Includes
✔️ Timeline creation
✔️ Vendor follow-up
✔️ Task assignment
✔️ Dedicated team on your wedding day

🌸 Family Should Not Take Over
Please assign ONE contact person for all final decisions. Confusion from multiple people (parents, grandparents, etc.) affects productivity and clarity.

Don’t Expect Personal Errands
We’re here to make your event smooth—not to:
🚫 Call makeup artists
🚫 Book you hairdresser.
