ge variety of specially designed pastries. Catering to a wide distribution channel in Lebanon, Cookers also exports to the Middle East and Gulf regions their flagship brand, none other than Byte. The main markets are Dubai (Edam Company since 2007), Kuwait (Herchy Company since 2008), Jordan (Ritco Company since 2011) and Saudi Arabia (Meslan for Business Industrial and Investments since 2011 and Abdullah A. Available in an enticing array of flavors, Byte is an irresistible pastry that promises to delight your sense. Cookers began as a small factory of 150m² located in Dora, Lebanon. After it opened up to a new market in the Arab countries, Cookers expanded in 2011 to a new and larger factory of 2,500m² located in Fanar, Lebanon, equipped with the most automated and modern equipments, to supply the highest quality products. Cookers holds the HACCP accreditation, and is devoted to consumer confidence and satisfaction in all its activities. It also covers all governmental requirements and international certifications. Cookers' policy is to produce the highest quality pastries using the finest and freshest ingredients on a consistent basis, at the fastest rate of production and for a competitive price.
