Synopsis Events Synopsis Events is a full service event management and design firm that builds
brands through dynamic special events.

We work alongside our clients to develop a strategic events plan that meets their objectives, budget considerations and timeline. Our clients are offered the flexibility to solicit all-inclusive service package or to discuss specific services that meet their requirements. Our capabilities and scope of work include:

Planning

-Concept development
-Developing timeline/schedule
-Budget preparation a

-Negotiating special deals with suppliers, congress facilities
-Arranging venue, accommodation and transportation

Shows, Artists and Entertainment Booking

-Our clientele have found an honest and easy way to obtain the big name talent they want for their corporate events, concerts, private parties, special events, festivals, trade shows and fundraisers. Registration
-Assistance to pre-registered delegates
-Confirmation letter to delegates
-Preparation of conference material for all delegates
-On-site computerized registration and production of relevant lists

Equipment and Staffing
-Arrange for required audio-visuals (overhead, slide and video projectors), screens, interactive systems
-Provide and manage all festival and congress personnel - photographers, hostesses, technical staff, security guards
-Lighting, Sounds, Stages, etc...

Public Relations
- Press conference, press release, media campaign (bill boards, television...) Protocol
- VIP services, security, meeting gifts, panels, flags, formal invitations
