A rendering can show you what a packaging concept may look like.

A physical sample tells you how it actually behaves.

Materials respond differently once they are wrapped around rigid board. Paper, velvet, fabric and faux leather can change how edges form, how corners finish, how a lid fits and how the final color appears under real light.

That is why Fleur Box separates development from production.

Before a full production run, the sample gives us an opportunity to evaluate the details that are difficult to judge on screen:

Fit and tolerances.
Proportion and geometry.
Material behavior.
Color and surface finish.
Seams and wrap direction.
Logo placement and application.
Opening and closing feel.

Correcting one sample is considerably more controlled than discovering the same issue after an entire production run has been manufactured.

When someone compares a Fleur Box quotation with a mass-production factory, the first number they normally compare is the price per box.

That is usually the wrong comparison.

Large production volumes naturally produce lower unit costs. If you manufacture hundreds or thousands of identical boxes, the cost of each individual box can fall significantly.

But the business still has to purchase the entire production run.

For a growing florist, gifting company, candle brand or startup, that can mean committing substantial capital to one packaging specification — and then storing and selling through that inventory for months or years.

Fleur Box was built around a different production model.

Our standard MOQ may be 80 pieces, but where commercially feasible we can support smaller starter quantities for new businesses. A collection can also contain multiple sizes and colors rather than forcing the entire investment into one box.

You pay more per unit because you are purchasing substantially less manufacturing volume and considerably more flexibility.

The question therefore isn’t:

“How cheap is each box?”

Board thickness, lid tolerance, wrapped edges and geometry determine whether the finished box simply looks good — or actually performs like a properly engineered product.
