This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for the gift of life… all of it.
The heartbreaks and heart-cries, the valleys and the hills.
The peace and the love, the anguish and the quiet tugs of the heart.
The first breaths that enter this world, and the last ones we witness.
The small moments that whisper meaning, and the big moments that reshape us.
The growth, the stumbles, the deep laughs, and the deep cries.
We feel deeply, and sometimes we numb.
But above all, I’m grateful for the moments of joy that make us human
the ones that remind us we’re alive.
Today, I’m thankful for the simple, sacred gift of life.
