d classic banana bread with cream cheese topping😍😍😍
a little bit of my baking journey…banana bread is d first bread/cake that I made when I was in grade 5. The aunt of my neighbor/friend/schoolmate taught us and I was super happy and kept on going to my friend”s classroom to tell her how delicious it was🙈🙈🙈
Although it wasn’t my first time exposed to baking, I used to watch when my Auntie Grace made goodies and I used to help in the panaderia of d lola’s back in my hometown where they used pugon for those tasty hot bread during summer.
But the banana bread was the real thing for me.
I did loved baking back then but since we don’t have money it just set back as it is.
Come highschool when we have subjects in baking&cooking I learned a lot and still remember tips which I still apply until now.
When I stayed in Manila after highschool I was able to practice more and explore recipes.
Applied it during college days when Mama had to loan for a gas range oven then make goodies for the fam and started selling during occasions.
It stopped when I started working.
And now here I am again making my love for baking into a small business.
And I am thankful for all of you who are supporting me.
Baking from the heart even without a profit is LOVE😍😍😍😍😍
