JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage - Manager

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

F & B MANAGER PURPOSE: Food and beverage manager is responsible for the operations of the rooftop bar. The primary focus is to ensure that all food and drinks are at the highest quality as well as preparing reports on how the rooftop bar is performing.

MAIN JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Design attractive menus
Develop a relationship with regular customers
Handle customer complaints
Comply with food and safety regulations
Order food supplies for the kitchen
Train and manage staff
Prepare reports on how the rooftop bar is performing with projections

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to connect with customers & customer oriented mindset
Great organizational skills
Ability to forecast how much food and drinks are needed
Ability to delegate tasks
Great leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of the food industry
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Ability to create reports to give to ownership
Problem solving any issues that the rooftop encounters
Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A secondary school diploma is preferred and four years of prior experience, Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instructions, Professional attitude is required, Ability to work independently

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh, Cambodia (close to Phnom Penh International Airport)

SALARY: Negotiable, from $400 up
