Be a Very Tough "Heller Seller"

You have to learn to sell like hell.Whether you want your department staff to work on Saturday,or you want your boss's approval on your latest scheme,or you want the plum project,you have to get the order.There are a million books on selling.Read some.

You must become a tough,get-the-order salesperson.
To be a salesperson who sells, you do not have to have an outgoing personality or a glib line.You have to do the following:

1.Determine your"customers's' needs
2.Determine how your'product' will satisfy your customers's needs.
3.Develop an unshakable attitude of persistence and tenacity.
4.Make the 'sales call'
5.Ask for the order.
6.Be prepared to make as many sales calls as are necessary to get the order

Persistent and tenacious salespeople know that the numbers are in their favor.They know that 25 percent of all sales closes are made simply by asking for the orders.They know that 75 percent of all sales closes are made on the fourth of subsequent call.They know 90 percent of all salespeople never ask for the order.

They know that making more calls and asking for the order is the formula for success.
Persistence, tenacity, attitude.The "heller sellers"have it.

Come closer lets discuss How to take care of our customers....

Never be in a meeting.
When a customer calls, they don't want to hear that you are in a meeting.Customers don't care if you are meeting with the president of the united states,the pope,or anyone else.

Customers absolutely lose it when told you are meeting with others in your company.Customers don't care with whom you are meeting-with one exception:It is okay if you are meeting with another customer.It's okay because being with customers, and taking care of customers,is what you and everyone else in your company is supposed to do.

If you are in a company meeting and a customer calls, always take the call.A customer call is an invitation to help the customer,to get or keep his or her business.

In addition to never being in a meeting, you are also never sick.You are traveling.

You are never on a vacation.You are traveling,or out of the country l, and will return calls as soon as possible.Meanwhile,so-and-so is available to work with the customer.

You have never"left for the day"you are out of the office or meeting with customers.

You are never "out to lunch."You are meeting with a client.

You are never "not in the office yet"you are at a breakfast meeting with a client.

If the rainmaker is temporarily unavailable, the customer knows where she is.The Rainmaker is not"in a meeting"she is in court,on a job site, traveling to a customer,on a photo shoot, giving a talk at a convention, doing research. ....
