DRY CAT FOOD NOTES:

The main benefit of dry food is that it is convenient for the owner – it’s easy to measure, easy to feed and store. Because dry food is very low in moisture it can be left out during the day for cats to graze or feed at leisure. The downside to this is overeating and obesity.
If your cat is fed on high quality dry food, it will less likely eat more as all the proteins and vitamins are derived from smaller servings..

When choosing dry food for your cats, please bear in mind that many dry cat foods use grains as primary source of proteins..
It can get hard for your cats to digest high levels of grains and convert it into energy. This could stress both the liver and kidneys and lead to development of sensitivities and allergies. Please choose foods that are cereal and grain free.
