1. The Caddy
Making sure everyone’s bags are well loaded into their cars.
Bridesmaids, maid of honour, mother of the bride and of course the bride.
You also have to do a quick sweep for all vendors. Make up artist, media crew and caterers.

2. Program Coordinator
Running notes with the MC adjusting the program to prevailing circumstances. Get an MC who can read and preempt your planner mind.

3. Guest Relations
Handling smooth transitions for your guests from the moment they arrive for that seamless experience. Sometimes it includes managing guests not on the RSVP list.

4. Assistant Officiant
From the very onset of our client onboarding process, the planner is technically your 1st officiant. The church ceremony is truly where its at and you need a Minister who will make the moment unforgettably spectacular.

5. The Groom’s assistant
So often the lead planner is always with the bride. This groom was on top of this show. 2nd time we have worked with a fully hands on groom and we loved how he loved his bride.

Remember the floods from last month?
We had an 80th birthday mass and celebration planned until the client sent us a video fighting to save their household goods from the floods. Draining and clean up was still in progress when we arrived. We had to scale down on our decor details to minimize damage should the heavy rains recur on the day of the event.
