Ingredients:
½ kg lean minced meat
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup beef stock.
Directions:
Mince Meat Sauce:
In a cooking pot, fry the onions until golden brown, add crushed garlic and ginger, let cook until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, let cook then add tomato paste, cook for 5/6mins. Stir in oregano, parsley and bay leaves, then add minced meat, stir to separate, and let simmer for 10mins or until cooked.
Add beef stock and simmer for 10mins
Spaghetti:
Put water to come to a boil in a deep cooking pot, the as spaghetti and cook Follow the cooking directions on the packet
Serve spaghetti on a plate with the minced meat sauce on top. Sprinkle some cheese parmesan on the minced meat sauce
Serve hot, with side vegetables of sautéed peas and carrots
