We handle the many moving parts of the planning so you concentrate on the WHY of your conference,
In November 2023 we executed our biggest corporate event yet.
This conference brought together postgraduate Supervisors from 11 universities spread across 9 countries in East Africa, South Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
We challenged ourselves to give them a seamless end to end experience. Since all the participants were based out of country and out of Nairobi, we were the liaison with the venue, handling several planning meetings.
*Branding - banners, conference bags, name tags, pens and notebooks.
*Photography - Photography and videography
*Provision of Gala night décor, entertainment, sound and general coordination
*Coordination of the whole conference week (end-to-end).
