Freshlook is holding the Customer Care and Shopping Expo for 5 days, running from 5th Feb -9th Feb 2014 at the Pride INN Westlands-next to Graffins College. The main agenda is to create a unique platform that allows customers to engage and interact with brands/businesses (across sectors). This in turn will drive brand awareness and uptake of product offerings significantly. This platform would be very beneficial to both businesses/organizations/brands that have existing solid customer care initiatives and those that do not. For brands that have existing customer care and sale initiatives in the areas that the expos are taking place, this platform will serve to complement and support the existing efforts in place. For those brands that may not have strong customer care and sale roots in the areas that the expos will take place-or simply just want to meet and greet its customers (actual and potential) with an aim of creating business, this is the right platform to provide that solution for your brand.
