I have worked for so many hotels and restaurants rising from waitress..team leader...supervisor and then Banquet Manager and this was through dedication, hard work and passion driven...then my last assignment at Esgray group was life changing..thank you to my Former boss who believed in me...a boss who encourages you to venture more into entrepreneurship...a story for another day..

It was an idea that was birthed in our living room and the rest is history...just start with what you have ...I remember our first ever coperate client had no clue that we were cooking from the house....and the distance...weeh this was FAITH...he trusted us ..he didn't even care if we had certifications and all the relevant documents what he knew we were skilled and professional and ready to deliver....this birthed to many wonderful business partnerships up to date .
