Major questions to ask when looking for a venue.
1. Size&Capacity - Is it big enough for the guests? Will it be sweetable for my style( Restaurant / Theatre )?
2. Will the venue be available for that date&time.If so,will there be other functions happenning at the place&time?
3. Booking&payments - How much is it? what is included or excluded in the package? Vat inclusive ? Can you pay by installments? How much can you discount?
4. How big is the parking space? wil there be a backup space incase the parking is not enough? How secure is the parking&the entire place.
5. How accomodating is the place incase you have handicaped guests?
6. Can you take photos at the place? Which parts of the place are restricted ( photo session)?
7. Do you offer backup plans at this place incase it rains (Garden weddings)? Will there be an additional payment ?
8. How early/late can the service providers be at the place? How late can the party go on.
9. Where are the power points&how far is it to the place (Important to the MC&Djs) ?
10. How does the place look like at that time of the year?
11.The last question but very important. Where are the facilities&how clean are they
