THE MOST SHOCKING EXPERIENCE IN OUR EVENT(s) PLANNING JOURNEY.
On June this year we attended a dowry ceremony for a client offering P.A system services.The event was colourful and she in two weeks time thereafter booked us for her wedding similar services plus Video/photography for Aug 17th.On Saturday we received a call from a person who identified herself to us as sister to the bride.She had all the details of our contract including the specific figures of deposit paid.she broke the sad news that the bride passed away.....so sad that todate we have not believed the news until the MC to be for the wedding called today to confirm tunakata how much on our side ndio tufanye refund.i felt so sorry for the family that we decided to initiate a 100% refund and offer any necessary support need be.pole sana kwa familia.
