What do people mostly forget when planning a wedding? Your guess is as good as mine. A contingency plan;
[1] Bad weather
Sometimes it’s not taking into account how hot, cold or even rainy it could be. Brides should have realistic expectations in case of change of weather.
[2] Providing extra chairs at the ceremony
Take into consideration that parents may tag along their children or even the gate crushers that where not accounted for. Always consider having roughly 20 extra chairs.
[3] Transportation for the Bride, maids or parents.
Make plans for reliable mode of transport for them respectively. Drivers should be time conscious as they supposed to alive earlier than the other guests. Brides forget also to make arrangements for transport from the reception to their next destination.
[4] Designate someone to gather up the gifts and personal items.
Assign someone the role to collect personal items at the end of the ceremony.
[5] Eat food and drink water
Have a heavy and nutritious breakfast and a lot of water. Carry some snacks if possible.
