Throwback Tuesday! I know, I know, Thursday is typically "throwback day," but, I'm making an exception in this case; this just popped up on our feed and we had to share.

It was so much fun working this wedding, with these awesome people (though sadly we didn't get to meet them all) - it was one of those watershed moments that led us to start doing elopements in Japan.

During a wedding or elopement day things can happen so fast, and if you are not careful it can sometimes become a bit of a blur. This is a day you want to remember and relive for the rest of your lives! A Japanese Tea Ceremony is the perfect way to slow down, be mindful and drink in (pun intended!) the events of the day and live the moment. It is a chance to connect with each other and contemplate on your vows to each other. Plus, it makes for great additions to the photo-album!

Was just thinking back to last year when we were quite busy! It was so much fun to work with this lovely couple, and help them celebrate a special wedding milestone with a vow renewal ceremony followed by photo-shoot at a stunning Japanese Garden.

Looking forward to doing many more!
