We had the honor of photographing a lovely couple from Taiwan this February, surrounded by beautiful snow in Japan. ❄️💍

The shoot took place in Hida-Takayama, Gifu Prefecture — a charming town about 5 hours from Tokyo by bullet train and local train.

Hida-Takayama is a popular travel destination, known for its well-preserved historical streets where you can experience the atmosphere of “real Japan.” 🇯🇵

The couple wore traditional Japanese wedding kimono.
There are 11 official types of kimono in Japan, and wedding kimono is considered the most formal and elegant among them.

We had the pleasure of photographing a lovely couple from Taiwan for their wedding photo session.

The shoot took place in Hida-Takayama, located in Gifu Prefecture — about 5 hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen and train.
Hida-Takayama is a beloved travel destination for both domestic and international visitors.

Its charm lies in its beautifully preserved historical townscape, offering an authentic "real Japan" experience.

For the photo session, the bride and groom wore traditional Japanese wedding kimono, which are the most formal type of kimono worn in Japanese weddings.

There are 11 types of kimono in total, and those used for weddings are considered the highest in rank.
