MERCH DESIGN INTENSIVE | Creasidence Online
Dec 9–20 & Jan 6–17

Create your winter merch collection — from concept to print-ready mockups.

This 4-week intensive focuses on visual storytelling in design: you’ll learn to translate cultural context and personal perspective into graphics, accessories, and wearable items with a clear artistic voice.

We meet twice a week inside a global creative community. You’ll practice merch design and digital painting techniques with personal feedback from mentors at every stage.

Final works will be featured in a collaborative release on Metalabel — giving you both exposure and a polished portfolio piece.

What you’ll work on:

December 9–20:
✔ Define your core message and target audience
✔ Select merch items & build moodboards
✔ Develop initial visual mockups

January 6–17:
✔ Prepare print-ready mockups with proper specs
✔ Create street-style illustrations showing how your pieces are worn
✔ Finalize visual identity and collection branding

Apapico is a Japanese artist & designer whose career spans anime, games, music, and global brands. As an official illustrator for Hatsune Miku, he has created iconic visuals for MIKU EXPO, Magical Mirai, Square Enix’s Alice Order, and collaborations with Adobe, Daihatsu, and more. His work has been exhibited across Japan, from Harajuku to Kyoto, and he has collaborated with creative legends like Takashi Murakami.

In this workshop, Apapico will share his expertise in character design, visual storytelling, and pop culture aesthetics - guiding you to create your own 4-panel Manga.
