事業譲渡で、大阪市生野区鶴橋四丁目の特区民泊を引き継ぎました。昨日東京の旧運営会社、M&A仲介会社と3社で譲渡式を行い、運営を引き継ぎました。
大阪の特区民泊終了だったので、時間の余裕もなく、行政書士を使わずに、書類作成、申請まですべで自身で。
最終受付日の3日前に書類が受理され、なんとか先週水曜日に許可が下りました。
皆さん協力的だったので助かりました。
I have taken over the special deregulated private lodging facility (tokku minpaku) located in Tsuruhashi 4-chome, Ikuno Ward, Osaka City through a business transfer.
Yesterday, we held a transfer ceremony in with the previous operating company in Tokyo and the M&A intermediary and formally took over the operation.
Since the special deregulated private lodging scheme in Osaka was coming to an end, there was very little time, so I prepared all the documents and submitted the application myself without using an administrative scrivener.
The documents were accepted three days before the final application deadline, and the permission was finally granted last Wednesday.
I am very grateful that everyone involved was so cooperative.
