In September of last year, I had the honor of planning a truly unforgettable wedding at Bella Vista in Onomichi — now closed for long-term renovation.
The groom, Toby, with a deep appreciation for architecture, wine, and music. The bride, Lilli, with Japanese roots, a radiant smile, and a heart full of love.
They had dreamed of exchanging vows at the iconic Ribbon Chapel, and were surrounded by their dearest family and friends from around the world.
The ceremony was deeply personal — with music, readings, and rituals led by loved ones. It was a day overflowing with love, intention, and meaning.
Even now, just looking at the photos brings that day vividly back to life.
昨年9月、現在は長期改装に入っている尾道のベラビスタ スパ＆マリーナ 尾道にて、ウェディングのお手伝いをさせていただきました。
建築・ワイン・音楽を愛する新郎Tobyさん。
日本にもルーツを持ち、笑顔と優しさにあふれた新婦Lilliさん。
建築が好きな方が世界中から沢山見にこられるリボンチャペルでの挙式をずっと楽しみにされていたおふたり。
世界各地から大切なご家族、ご友人が集まり、祝福の時間を共に過ごしました。
挙式の進行や音楽演出もご友人たちの手によって行われ、まさに “愛に包まれた一日”。
今、写真を見返すだけで、あの日の空気や音が心によみがえります。
