見上げるだけで誰もがアクセスできる「空」を共通言語に。
先日、東京・綾瀬「こころを育てる展」で、空と心をつなぐ企画を行いました。
SNSで集まったのは、100人100色の「人生で印象に残った空」。一枚一枚の写真が、誰かの大切な物語を静かに語りかけてくれる、そんな展示になりました。
ワークショップでは、今の空を見つめながら「5年後の自分」へ手紙を書く時間を。未来を想うことは、今の自分を顧みること。その営みは、普段の「あたりまえ」を問い直し、自分でも気づかなかった心の中をひとつひとつ紐解いていく営みを創ることとなりました。
私たちは、その過程のそばにいたい。 この大切な場づくりを、これからも伝えていきたいです。
The sky: a common language anyone can access, just by looking up.
We recently held a project connecting hearts and skies at the "Exhibition to Nurture the Heart" in Ayase, Tokyo.
Our exhibition featured 100 photos of "memorable skies," each telling a unique life story shared via social media. Every picture quietly narrated someone's precious moment.
In our workshop, participants wrote letters to their future selves while reflecting on the sky they see today. Thinking of the future means looking at the present. This act felt like a journey of re-examining the "ordinary" and gently untangling the thoughts within our hearts.
We want to be there for that process. And we want to continue sharing this meaningful work.
