Lemon Cake Recipe 🍋
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 stick Butter
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Zest
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4 large Eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup Heavy Cream, room temperature
3 tbsp Coconut oil
3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

Glaze
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp fresh Lemon or Orange Juice
1 tbsp Milk
