To Roots, Foods and Culture είναι ένα εγχείρημα που συμπληρώνει 15 χρόνια ζωής. Με ειδίκευση στη Vegan κουζίνα, φέρνουμε στην Ελλάδα γεύσεις από την Καραϊβική, την Αφρική και την Ασία. Παράλληλα προσφέρουμε τη δική μας εκδοχή τοπικών παραδοσιακών γεύσεων της Μεσογείου, με τη χρήση αυστηρά vegan υλικών. Με την κουζίνα του Roots, Foods & Culture έχουμε συμμετάσχει σε μια σειρά events και φεστιβάλ σε Ελλάδα, Γερμανία, Ελβετία και Αυστρία, με πιο πρόσφατα τα “Legalise It” και “Park Festival”. Σε αυτό το διάστημα έχουμε μαγειρέψει για πολλούς καλλιτέχνες όπως οι Turbulence, General Levy, Elijah Prophet, Ijahman Levi, UweBanton, Anthony Locks, Yah Meek. Έχει ακόμα αναλάβει τη σίτιση σε σχολείο του Orange Bay, Hanover της Jamaica, έχοντας αποσπάσει τις καλύτερες κριτικές! Μετά από σχεδόν 3 χρόνια παρουσίας στο Red Sea κανουμε τώρα το μεγάλο βήμα ανοίγοντας σε δικό μας χώρο, στα Εξάρχεια.

Roots, Foods and Culture has been active for almost 15 years. Specializing in Vegan cuisine, we bring Caribbean, African and Asian tastes in Greece. Meanwhile we offer our own variation of local traditional Mediterranean dishes, using strictly vegan ingredients. Roots, Foods and Culture has participated in a series of events and festivals, in Greece, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with most recent of them being “Legalize It” and “Park Festival”. During these years we’ve also cooked for many artists, including Turbulence, General Levy, Elijah Prophet, Ijahman Levi, UweBanton, Anthony Locks, Yah Mek and many more. We’ve also cooked for a school in Orange Bay, Hanover in Jamaica. After almost 3 years being present @ Red Sea Reggae House We Now take the big step and open our own gates.
