We want ordering with Shakrae’s Events & More to be simple, clear and stress-free! So here’s exactly what happens from the moment you send your request to the moment your order is ready. 👇🏽

🛍️ THE PROCESS:

1️⃣ Place Your Order
Submit your request through our order form or via WhatsApp.

2️⃣ Receive Your Estimate
We’ll review your request and send you an estimate.

3️⃣ Confirm & Pay Your Deposit
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

4️⃣ Order Processing
Once your deposit is reflected and acknowledged, processing begins.

5️⃣ Receive a Draft Design
For product orders, you’ll receive a draft design. Service orders will receive the relevant document.

6️⃣ Approve Your Design
Once you approve, production or service ex*****on can begin.

7️⃣ Production / Service Delivery
Your product is made or your service is confirmed and begins.

8️⃣ Time Frame
Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days.
Need it sooner? Rush orders may incur an additional 50% of the order cost.

📸 Packaging & Quality Control:
Once your order is completed, photos/videos may be taken for promotional, categorising and portfolio purposes.
