Think comfort first - Happy, cool guests are more likely to stay, dance and fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.

If you want to stay outdoors, you may want to consider a later ceremony time. Aim for after 3:30 p.m. when the sun begins to soften and the light is perfect for photos.

Welcome guests with a refreshing drink. Chilled coconut water, fruit punch, cucumber-infused water or lemonade are thoughtful touches they’ll appreciate.
