Hi, I’m Calacia — founder of Coordinated Affairs and Logistics.

I’m a Jamaica-based wedding and events Coordinator. I specialize in Day-of event Coordination, full and partial planning for local and international clients.

I became a coordinator because celebrations should be joyful, not overwhelming.
My job is to handle the logistics, the vendors calls, the timeline, and the “what ifs” months before and on the event day so you don’t have to.

I’ll be by your side like a good friend — personal, honest, and professional every step of the way.
Calm when things get hectic. Firm when vendors need direction. And always in your corner.
