at the bar, weekdays through to the weekend is full of variety and packed with energy. The bartenders; well trained and passionate about their trade are fast, efficient and happy to accept a challenge. After the success of The Blind Pig, we have now re-developed the best ‘lounging’ environment Jersey has to offer with its trade mark attention to detail, personal service, and intimate atmosphere with a satisfied clientele.
