Spend a summer afternoon with Executive Chef Will Holland as he shares the techniques behind a selection of standout BBQ dishes at Ocean Restaurant.

From treacle-glazed retired Jersey dairy cow to chargrilled stuffed squid, this exclusive cookery demonstration and lunch is designed to celebrate the very best flavours of the season.

The experience begins with tea and coffee on arrival, followed by a live outdoor demonstration by the barbecues before guests enjoy a relaxed lunch on the terrace overlooking the ocean.
