A Chocolate Extravaganza Awaits 🍫✨On Saturday 20 September, Ocean Restaurant invites you to indulge in an extraordinary dining experience where every course is devoted to the magic of chocolate.

The journey begins with HUSK, a silky blend of 48% milk chocolate, cacao husk tea and a whisper of cacao nib crémeux. Next comes FRUIT, where 40% white chocolate is lifted with cacao pulp, baked cheesecake and jewel-like preserved berries. The finale, BEAN, is a bold celebration of 70% dark chocolate with puffed farro, grains of paradise and a bright burst of Buddha’s hand marmalade.
