Writing names by hand may seem like a small detail… But it changes a wedding.

We live in the age of speed.

Everything is printed.
Everything is automated.
Everything is mass-produced.

Today, true luxury is offering something that can't be replicated.

That's why I decided to learn calligraphy.

I didn't do it to add a decorative element, but to give my weddings a level of personalization that no machine will ever be able to replicate.

When planning a wedding, people think about the flowers, the music, and the light. Almost never about the fragrance.

Yet scent is the sense most closely linked to memory.

During a wedding, everything seems to flow effortlessly.

(Even though I’m sure many fellow wedding planners will agree that, behind the scenes, all hell can break loose)

That’s the role of a wedding planner: being the conductor behind the scenes, managing the unexpected, coordinating people, timing and every single detail.

The invisible work that starts before the first supplier arrives and ends only after the final breakdown and
the last supplier has left.

For Thorben & Friederike, I planned two weddings in two days: a civil ceremony and a religious one.

Twice the moments to design.
Twice the setup hours.
Twice the emotions.

What the guests saw was only part of the story.
