A wedding experience is not made of beautiful details alone.

It is made of what happens around them: guests interacting, laughing, raising a glass and becoming part of the celebration itself.

For this Venice wedding, live fashion sketching became a personal experience for the guests — and a memory to take home.

Because a wedding should not simply be something beautiful to look at.
It should be something beautiful to live!🫶🏼

🇮🇹 L’esperienza di un matrimonio non nasce soltanto da ciò che è bello da vedere.

Nasce da quello che accade intorno: gli ospiti che interagiscono, ridono, alzano un calice e diventano parte della festa stessa.

Per questo matrimonio a Venezia, il live fashion sketching è diventato un’esperienza personale per gli invitati — e un ricordo da portare con sé.

Perché un matrimonio non dovrebbe essere soltanto qualcosa di bello da guardare.

✨A Plan B should never feel like a Plan B✨
Rain changed the plans for this wedding dinner at JW Marriott Venice Resort&Spa , moving the celebration indoors.
But changing the setting meant more than simply moving tables inside. The entire atmosphere had to be reconsidered for a completely different space.

Long wooden tables, airy floral compositions, olive trees and hundreds of candles transformed the former church into an intimate setting for dinner, while respecting the character and proportions of the architecture.

Because good planning is not about everything going exactly as planned.
It is about making sure that, when it doesn’t, the experience still feels completely intentional.

The plan changed. The standard didn’t.

✨Un Piano B non dovrebbe mai sembrare un Piano B✨
La pioggia ha cambiato i programmi per la cena di questo matrimonio al JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa, spostando la serata all’interno.

Ma cambiare spazio non significava semplicemente spostare i tavoli al coperto. Significava ripensare l’intera atmosfera per un ambiente completamente diverso.

Lunghi tavoli in legno, composizioni floreali leggere, ulivi e centinaia di candele hanno trasformato la chiesetta sconsacrata in uno spazio intimo per la cena, rispettandone il carattere e le proporzioni architettoniche.

Perché una buona pianificazione non significa che tutto debba andare esattamente come previsto.
Significa fare in modo che, quando non accade, l’esperienza continui a sembrare perfettamente intenzionale.

Il piano è cambiato. Lo standard no.

Behind the beauty of a wedding at the Church of the Redentore lies an intricate choreography of people, places and moments.

The art of planning is making that complexity feel effortless, allowing the couple and their guests to simply enjoy the experience.

🇮🇹 A Venezia, ogni matrimonio comincia molto prima della cerimonia.

Arrivi via acqua, trasferimenti degli ospiti, tempi attentamente coordinati e il ritmo unico di una città in cui ogni spostamento richiede un’attenta pianificazione.

Dietro la bellezza di un matrimonio alla Chiesa del Redentore si nasconde una complessa coreografia di persone, luoghi e momenti.

L’arte dell’organizzazione sta nel rendere naturale questa complessità, lasciando agli sposi e ai loro ospiti soltanto il piacere di vivere l’esperienza.

“Luxury is not about adding more.
It is about knowing where to stop.”

At Castello del Catajo , the design had to be equal to the venue, without ever competing with it.
Starting from the couple’s vision and a palette of white, ivory, gold and crystal, I created a dinner setting that felt elegant and glamorous, yet contemporary, light and airy.
White florals brought luminosity, greenery became part of the architecture, while carefully designed lighting created the warm, enveloping atmosphere I had envisioned.
Rich, but never excessive. Because elegance is always a matter of balance.

“Il lusso non significa aggiungere sempre qualcosa in più.
Significa sapere quando fermarsi.”

Al Castello del Catajo, l’allestimento doveva essere all’altezza della location, senza mai entrare in competizione con essa.
Partendo dalla visione degli sposi e da una palette di bianco, avorio, oro e cristallo, ho creato un progetto elegante e glamour, ma allo stesso tempo contemporaneo, leggero e arioso.
I fiori bianchi hanno portato luminosità, il verde è diventato parte dell’architettura, mentre un attento lavoro sulla luce ha creato quell’atmosfera calda e avvolgente che avevo immaginato.
Ricco, ma mai eccessivo. Perché l’eleganza è sempre una questione di equilibrio.

Ci sono matrimoni che vanno oltre la bellezza del progetto e ti lasciano dentro una gratitudine immensa. Questo giorno al Castello del Catajo è sicuramente uno di questi: una coppia speciale che conservo gelosamente nel cuore.
Tra queste diapositive non c’è solo lo studio del design – tra riflessi dorati, tavole imperiali e un’atmosfera glamour e romantica – ma la loro gioia pura, la complicità e quel legame profondo che si crea quando due persone si affidano a te per vivere il proprio sogno senza pensieri.
