September in Venice has its own rhythm.

Between the Venice Film Festival, the Regata Storica, private celebrations and corporate events, these past weeks has brought together some of the most vibrant moments of the year.

We had intense days spent mostly behind the scenes, supporting international guests throughout their time in Venice, coordinating arrivals and movements across the city, and working on events in some of its most remarkable venues, from Aman Venice to historic buildings overlooking the canals.

Having a team based in Venice makes a difference. It means knowing the city, its rhythms and its complexities, and being there when plans change, timing becomes essential or something simply needs to happen without being noticed.

Because during moments like the Film Festival, much of what makes an experience feel effortless happens where no one sees it. And that is exactly where we like to be.

Some celebrations are remembered not only for how they look, but for the way they belong to a place. We are proud to see this one featured on WedLuxe, an international platform widely recognised for its refined perspective on luxury weddings and events.

At Aman Venice, one of the city’s most iconic palazzos on the Grand Canal, this luxury wedding unfolded as a refined dialogue between history, design and atmosphere, from the private garden, where a mirrored aisle reflected the Venetian sky, to the frescoed salons inside, with Murano chandeliers and long mirrored tables.

Rather than transforming the palace, the design embraced its character with subtle references to Venice’s artistic heritage that allowed the beauty of Aman Venice to remain at the centre of the experience.

Then the celebration shifted into a more theatrical rhythm, when masked performers, musicians and living sculptures appeared throughout the palazzo, turning each room into a new scene and guiding guests from an intimate dinner to an unforgettable late-night party.
