Everyone says we have a dream job. They’re right, but not for the reasons they think.
People imagine that traveling for work feels like being on holiday, that we only work on weekends, that our days are all sunshine and spritz.
Then there’s this: 500 square meters of custom flooring, thousands of stems placed one by one, a full stage for the band, chandeliers trees growing inside tables. All of it built from scratch in the gardens of the magnificent Castello di Celsa, and all of it gone by sunrise.
Our job is beautiful because of what it takes, not because it’s easy. Weeks of production planning, dozens of hands, trucks arriving at dawn, and a team that doesn’t stop until every last candle is lit.
That’s the part nobody sees. So here it is, in few seconds.
