A product launch in Shanghai with a slightly different brief.

The client requested 5 star accommodation for 40 guests, a visit to the factory where the new camera was being manufactured and an interesting way to capture photographs “on the move”.

So we arranged for twenty motorbikes with sidecars to take guests through the Former French Concession area of Shanghai, stopping at key parts of the city along the way.

There was also a private dinner cruise along the Bund, giving the group a brilliant view of Shanghai by night.

A great example of how the right idea can turn a corporate trip into something people genuinely remember.

An IT company asked us to create a reward trip for their top-performing sales managers as part of their incentive scheme

The brief was straightforward: somewhere unforgettable, a great hotel and experiences that would be difficult to organise on your own.

Las Vegas was the answer.

Over three days, the group experienced everything from cocktails overlooking the Strip, a Cirque du Soleil show to a private pool party, VIP nightlife and some of the city's best restaurants.

An IT company came to us looking to reward their top sales performers with a summer incentive trip.

The brief was clear:

🌞 sunshine
🏖️ beach
🌮 good food

We suggested Mallorca.

The group stayed right on the beachfront, within walking distance of Palma, which gave them relaxed days by the sea and great restaurants and nightlife in the evenings.

Over the weekend they had tapas in Palma Old Town, a private catamaran BBQ cruise, dinner on the beach at sunset and a VIP area at Purobeach to round the night off properly.

Not everyone wants a winter trip built around skiing.

That’s why Reykjavik in Iceland works so well.

You can spend the day out in the Icelandic landscape in a Super Jeep, stop off at waterfalls and geysirs and still be back in the city for dinner and a drink in the evening.

Some groups head to the Blue Lagoon, others prefer whale watching or snowmobiling.

We were asked to organise an annual winter trip for an investment house as a reward for their highest performers.

A small group of 16, three days away and expectations were high.

They’d already experienced Verbier and St Moritz, so we needed to propose somewhere different.
