Uno dei 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐥𝐢 𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐢 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐨 di più — spesso più delle decorazioni o della musica — è il 𝐜𝐢𝐛𝐨.
Non nel senso della quantità o della ricercatezza. Nel senso della cura. Dei tortini salati fatti a mano che trovi sul tavolo dell'aperitivo. Del formaggio locale servito con un fiore edule sopra. Del vino che non era un vino qualsiasi — era un Château Margaux del 1995, scelto apposta per questo giorno.

L'estate ha qualcosa che le altre stagioni non hanno: la luce dorata che dura fino a sera, il giardino in piena fioritura, la possibilità concreta di festeggiare all'aperto senza guardare il cielo con ansia. Ma soprattutto ha quel clima di festa spontanea che mette tutti di buon umore — gli sposi, gli ospiti, chiunque faccia parte del giorno.

A Villa Acquaderni, in luglio, il tramonto cade intorno alle 21. Questo significa cena sotto le stelle, luci sospese che prendono vita lentamente, e fotografie che sembrano dipinte.

Summer has something the other seasons don't: golden light that lasts until evening, the garden in full bloom, and the real possibility of celebrating outdoors without anxiously watching the sky. 𝑭𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊 𝒅'𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒍 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒐: 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒂 𝒔𝒄𝒆𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒆 (𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒂 𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒆)

Una delle domande più frequenti che ci fanno le future spose: "Quali fiori funzionano d'estate?"
È una domanda giustissima, perché non tutti i fiori sopportano il caldo di luglio e agosto. La risposta dipende dal clima, dall'orario dell'evento e dal tipo di allestimento — ma ci sono alcune certezze.

Le 𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐞 sono le protagoniste indiscusse dell'estate: voluminose, romantiche, disponibili in blu, bianco, rosa e lilla. Reggono bene il caldo se mantenute in acqua fino al momento dell'allestimento.
Le 𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞 sono versatili e pieni di carattere — ne esistono in ogni colore e forma, da quelle piccole e delicate a quelle grandi come il palmo di una mano.
Il 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬 è meno conosciuto ma è uno dei migliori fiori estivi: simile alla rosa nell'aspetto ma molto più resistente al calore.

Cosa evitare in estate? Le peonie — bellissime ma fragili, appassiscono rapidamente fuori dall'acqua. I tulipani — da primavera, non reggono il caldo. Il mughetto — delicato e profumato, ma difficile da gestire in estate.

Il consiglio migliore: scegliete fiori di stagione, locali se possibile. Saranno più freschi, più belli e meno costosi.

One of the most common questions brides-to-be ask us: "Which flowers work in summer?"
It's a very fair question, because not all flowers can handle the heat of July and August. The answer depends on the climate, the timing of the event, and the type of arrangement — but there are a few certainties.

𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐬 are the undisputed stars of summer: voluminous, romantic, available in blue, white, pink, and lilac. They hold up well in the heat if kept in water until it's time to arrange them.
𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐬 are versatile and full of character — they come in every color and shape, from small and delicate to as large as the palm of your hand.
𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬 is less well known but is one of the best summer flowers: similar in appearance to a rose but far more heat-resistant.

What to avoid in summer? Peonies — beautiful but fragile, they wilt quickly out of water. Tulips — a spring flower, they can't handle the heat. Lily of the valley — delicate and fragrant, but hard to manage in summer.

The best advice: choose flowers that are in season, local if possible. They'll be fresher, more beautiful, and less expensive.

La 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐝𝐢 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢 è uno di quegli elementi che non si possono progettare. È lì da secoli, con il suo tronco nodoso e la chioma che d'estate copre tutto il cortile di verde.

Nei giorni di matrimonio, quando le luci sospese si accendono tra i suoi rami e gli ospiti siedono ai tavoli intorno a lei, succede qualcosa di difficile da descrivere. Il parco si trasforma in una sala all'aperto che nessun architetto avrebbe potuto disegnare.

𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢'𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐚𝐤 is one of those things that simply cannot be designed. It has stood there for centuries, with its knotted trunk and canopy that, in summer, covers the whole courtyard in green.

I calici di cristallo, le composizioni di fiori nei vasetti colorati, il tovagliolo piegato con cura — tutto questo non è solo decorazione. È il modo in cui una giornata diventa un ricordo preciso, che si può ritrovare anni dopo in una fotografia.

Quando le persone pensano a Villa Acquaderni, pensano alla villa principale, al parco, alla Grande Quercia. Pochi sanno che c'è un altro posto, qui, che vale da solo il viaggio.

È la nostra 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐚: un edificio rurale con i medaglioni dipinti sulla facciata, le grandi vetrate in ferro e legno, i cipressi altissimi che la circondano. Un posto che sa di tempo lento.

Nei giorni di matrimonio, davanti alla limonaia si apparecchia il cortile per i tavoli degli ospiti. È lì che il giorno si trasforma in serata: luci sospese, bicchieri che tintinnano, conversazioni che non vorresti interrompere.

C'è un'ora del giorno in cui Villa Acquaderni è semplicemente perfetta.

È quella in cui il sole scende sui Colli Bolognesi, la facciata rosa antico si fa ancora più calda, le luci sospese tra i rami della Grande Quercia iniziano a brillare e il cortile — apparecchiato per la cena — diventa un posto in cui vorresti fermare il tempo.

Il tuo matrimonio sarà esattamente così, con gli ospiti seduti ai tavoli verde salvia, la musica, le risate. E sullo sfondo, le colline che a quest'ora diventano quasi viola.
